• Please enter your Meeting ID or your Link name if you have one.

How to Reset Csun Zoom Account Password if you Forget?

• Go to the official website first, and on that page.
• Click the “I forgot my password” link to get a temporary code.
• Use the temporary code to sign in to your Csun Zoom account after you get it.
• Now you’ll go to the page where you can change your password. You can now change your password to something strong and easy to remember.

You must follow the steps on each device where you want to use the zoom app. After you finish the steps, the app will be easy to use. You don’t have to go through these steps every time you use CSUN Zoom on your device. These steps are only for setting it up.

• Please click on Download Center from the list of Quick Links: https://csun.zoom.us/download.

• Now, please choose the option “Zoom Client for Meeting” to start downloading. (Click on this direct link: https://csun.zoom.us/clinet/latestzoominstaller.exe)
  If the download doesn’t start automatically, please download the Zoominstaller.exe again.
• Sign in by clicking Sign in.
• It would help if you now used the Sign or SSO login information. Please remember to bring your CSUN User ID and secure password. (These are the same as the login information for MyNorthridge.)
• Now, please type CSUN into the text box.
• You must sign in to the Campus with your User ID and password. (Remember that these are the same login details as the MyNorthridge portal)
• When you use the Zoom app, a new window will pop up. If it doesn’t start up by itself, you will need to Launch Zoom. Please choose “Run” or “Continue” if “Run” is not the right choice.
