GUIDELINES FOR GETTING A NIDA NUMBER THROUGH SHORT WORD MESSAGES (UMM/SMS/MSG)

To get your Nida number, you will send a short message using this example: FIRST NAME*LAST NAME (Surname)*DATE MONTH AND YEAR OF BIRTH*MOTHER’S FIRST*LAST NAME*
Then you send to number 15096.
Example; go to your field of text messages (UMM/SMS/MSG)
Write in this order;
VICENT*MARK*0309*0000*JINALAMAMA*JINALAMWISHOLAMAMA*
Then send the message to the number 15096

You will receive a delivery report for your message.
if you have allowed that, then you will get another message from NIDA showing your number, which will read like this “Your National Identification Number (NIN) is 19000000000000000000.”
If it happens that you have not found your number, you will receive a message that will read “Unable to fetch NIN from NIDA” i.e.
(NIN) from NIDA)
This will mean that the information you have filled in has not been processed yet or you have made a mistake in one of your information. – You can preview and rewrite and send again.
Remember that in order to get your number, you must have already registered at the NIDA offices near you, otherwise you will not get your number information.
If it happens that you have registered but haven’t found your number through the system or through the NIDA website, then go to the NIDA offices near you and you will be helped.
