How do I sign up for an EGUSD account?
To sign up for an EGUSD account, you need to enroll your child for school in the Elk Grove Unified School District.
You can do this online by visiting the district’s website and following the instructions for enrollment.
You will need to provide proof of residency, immunization records, birth certificate and other documents as required. If you need assistance with enrollment, you can call the ECE Department at (916) 686-7595.

How do I reset my password if I forget it?
To reset your password if you forget it, you have a few options depending on what type of account you have.
If you have a ParentVUE account, you can click on the More Options tab under the blue login button on the EGUSD ParentVUE login page.
Then select Forgot Password, enter your primary email address or user name, and you will be emailed a link to change your password.
If you have a staff account, you can use the EGUSD Self Service Account Management System to change your password online.
You will need to enter your user name and answer some security questions to verify your identity. If you have a Microsoft account, you can use the Microsoft account recovery page to reset your password. You will need to enter your email address, phone number or Skype name and follow the instructions to get a security code and create a new password
