SDSU Webportal
SDSU’s webportal is called my.SDSU. It is the official online portal for student admissions, student records, financial aid, tuition and fee payment, and more. Within two weeks of submitting a Cal State Apply application, students receive an email from SDSU that includes their SDSUid, which is needed to log into my.SDSU. Students can use my.SDSU to monitor their application status, update their contact information, access their financial aid, access their student accounts, pay student charges, browse the course catalog, view degree evaluations, and view official and unofficial transcripts.
To log into my.SDSU, students can visit my.sdsu.edu and select the my.SDSU Login button. They will be prompted to log in with their SDSUid credentials. If they are not signed into DUO Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), they will be prompted to log in with their SDSUid credentials. It is recommended that students keep their email address updated on their my.SDSU account, as email is SDSU’s official form of student communication
What services are available on SDSU WebPortal
The SDSU WebPortal, which is no longer being updated, provided access to various services such as student admissions, student records, financial aid, tuition and fee payment, and more. These services are now available on my.SDSU, which is the official online portal for SDSU. The my.SDSU portal is role-based and provides the user with the correct login screen based on their role, such as faculty, staff, or student.
Some of the services available on my.SDSU include monitoring application status, updating contact information, accessing financial aid, accessing student accounts, paying student charges, browsing course catalogs, viewing degree evaluations, and viewing official and unofficial transcripts. Additionally, my.SDSU provides access to various applications and services such as Canvas, Microsoft 365, VPN, and more.

What are the available services on SDSU WebPortal
SDSU WebPortal is no longer being updated and has been replaced by my.SDSU, which is the official online portal for SDSU. my.SDSU provides access to a variety of services, including student admissions, student records, financial aid, tuition and fee payment, and more. Students can use my.SDSU to monitor their application status, update their contact information, access their financial aid, access their student accounts and pay student charges, browse the course catalog, update contact details, view degree evaluations, and view official and unofficial transcripts. In addition to these services, my.SDSU also provides access to other applications and services, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Canvas, Microsoft 365, Red & Black Shuttle, VPN (Virtual Private Network), and Zoom.
The SDSUid is required to log in to my.SDSU, and students can use the my.SDSU – Login Here button or scroll down the page to the my.SDSU Login button to log in. Faculty and staff can also access my.SDSU and have access to features that support faculty and advisor tasks. The my.SDSU portal is role-based and will provide the user with the correct login screen based on their role on campus

How to access student records and financial aid information
To access student records and financial aid information, students can use my.SDSU, which is the official online portal for SDSU. Students can access their financial aid information by logging into my.SDSU and selecting the Student Financials tile. They can also use my.SDSU to access their student accounts and pay student charges. To view their unofficial transcript or order an official transcript, students can use my.SDSU through the Academic Records tile. Additionally, the Campus Community’s Student Services Center allows staff members to look up student records and update student information based on staff’s individual access leve. Students can also access various services such as Canvas, Microsoft 365, VPN, and more through my.SDSU
